But we both have had an interest in this phenomena for a long time, and I am personally thrilled that he's here, and I've had a chance to meet him, and I hope that you're going to enjoy him as much as I am. [SPEAKER_00] : I'm going to let him do the introduction, because he knows more about what he all does, and he wants to share, and I'm turning it over to John. So can we all please welcome John Alexander. Thank you. (00:00:57)

[John Alexander] : That, of course, up there is my wife, and we're with Uri Geller, who did the forwards to that book. For the intro... (00:01:08)

[SPEAKER_04] : I've been investigating a story about a classified government program. What you're saying is that you were a psychic spy. A Jedi warrior. You will be a psychic weapon. (00:02:02)

[SPEAKER_04] : Hi. How are you going? You're a great speaker. I always enjoy your conversations with people, and sometimes, you know, I was watching these... They sound like... (00:02:30)

[SPEAKER_01] : Probably should do a vanity search just to see what's out there, you know. Well, one of the big problems, of course, is people hear what they want to hear, not necessarily what you said. That's it. (00:02:55)

[SPEAKER_04] : And people like us who think a lot, you make a whole series of connections, but the other person maybe is not... They haven't got the stuff in the center, so they don't quite know what you're getting. (00:03:07)

[John Alexander] : I'm not going to talk about goats, except to tell you that goats did die, but none of them died from staring at it. Anybody who wants to know that, we'll discuss it. I used this in all the briefings and said, this is my bias, so you know what it is, because I'm going to cover a lot of different topics, many of them on UFOs and that, but I've been involved with, from ions, and we're going to talk about post-mortem communication, PK, and even cryptozoology. [John Alexander] : Now, I do a lot of talks, and for different groups, and my point here is that you have integrated presentations dealing with near-death. I used to be the president of the International Association of Near-Death Studies. I've worked with shamans all over the world. The bottom, that's Joe McMoneagle, and I was a founding board member of IRVA. Now, more recently people are starting to understand how all of these things are integrated, but generally they don't communicate very much between the groups, and that's my position, that these are all integrated, and consciousness is the key component to it. My position statement on UFOs is they must exist, that doesn't say anything, that just says there's stuff in the sky that you see that you don't understand what they are. (00:04:49)

[John Alexander] : I think the supporting evidence for physical reality is simply overwhelming, and I mentioned the... started in 1947, when stuff was just getting interested. I was 10 years old and in school, but it got my attention from that time. And my bottom line is, if I keep returning to its theme, it's complexity. First of all, I don't know what you mean when you say UFO, or UAP, or any of those other acronyms. My point is, I've got little balls of light, I've got hard craft that are miles across, and everything in between. (00:05:34)

[John Alexander] : And there's part of the problem, in my view, is the number and the variety that you have. You have thousands and thousands of variations. They gave one estimate on the number of planets that are out there that are habitable. Mine is... Sextillion is 21 zeros. After that, just mean there's a hell of a lot. So, you don't have to believe in extraterrestrial life in any esoteric form. That's pure math that says, at some point, life comparable to ours, or intelligence, any life would have evolved someplace in the universe. (00:06:20)

[John Alexander] : Now, this is what I call the spectrum of beliefs. You've got debunkers, and I don't put skeptics and debunkers in the same category. And I'm in the upper category there that UFOs exist. And they talk about crashes, and ARV, Alien Engineered Vehicle. And 20 aliens among us is kind of interesting because Roper did a poll a number of years ago. This is a global poll and said 20% of the people thought that not only is E.T. there, but E.T. is here walking among us. (00:06:59)

[John Alexander] : Now, key issue, the Pentagon says... The Pentagon says nothing. It's a big stone building, and it's inhabited by about 29,000 people, and very rarely do they agree on almost anything. So, the good news and bad news. The good news is the government doesn't know what the government knows. But I think a key issue is mostly they don't care, which is quite different. Now, I understand this group has different interests as the people you're dealing with from DOD have interests. But generally they don't. (00:07:37)

[John Alexander] : This is the oxymoron, the paradox. People in general think that the government is incompetent, except for UFOs where they believe that they're omniscient. Now, how do these programs get started? I'm going to talk about what I call the advanced theoretical physics. That's a program that I ran. You have OSAP, ATEP. Generally, it starts from personal... None of these, and I had checked with... I guess Jay's not there, but none of these are top-driven. In other words, they say there's some reason that we have got to be involved in coming down the pike. (00:08:23)

[John Alexander] : Some of it's driven by personal interest, and that's one of the things that's evolving now, certainly. By the way, if you want to know about the OSAP program, I don't know if George is still here, but I think this book that they did will give you quite a bit of information about OSAP and leading to ATEP and how that eventually came about. This, I think, is one of the key issues, and not well understood, is the difference between individual interest and institutional responsibility. We say there we've got about 4 million people in the government. (00:09:06)

[John Alexander] : If we use Roper, they're just like the civilian population, so probably about 12% have seen it. It says you've got 480,000 people in the government who've seen something that they think is a UFO. And people do investigate, but that does not translate to, therefore, it's an official government program. I did some quick math. Most of you know about the end of the Blue Book. It says right now there's 963 flag slots, whether they're generals or admirals that are authorized. (00:09:45)

[John Alexander] : Made a rough estimation that since Blue Book, that means there's about 9,500 flag-grade officers. And I pick on them and said, so we estimate at least 10% have seen something like a UFO. So my question to you is not, why do these programs exist, but why aren't there a hell of a lot more? And I told the story in the ATAP I was briefing, I had met with the director or deputy director of all of the three-letter agencies and whatnot, and one of the key ones said, A, we don't do that. There's no requirement for our agency to be involved. (00:10:28)

[John Alexander] : Yet, if you believe these stories, they must have been involved if the program existed. But B, I'll tell you about the ones I saw. So my point here, here is an agency director who has had a personal observation, and yet that did not translate, when he was in a position to make things happen, to it actually occurring. As I said, I decided to put together a group. Now, I want to emphasize, always had what he called a day job. (00:11:03)

[John Alexander] : I mean, I had a regular assignment and whatnot, so we were doing things other than this. But we got the participants from all of the services, from the intelligence community, and from aerospace industry. This was at the, most of you know, TSSCI level. And they had to be... We had to know who they were and what they had... And one of the requirements, by the way, FOIA had just come in for information, so that there were no written records kept, and that was intentional. Unfunded, and frankly, what we found was not at all what we expected. (00:11:46)

[John Alexander] : This is some of the background. This is sort of what we suspected. Remember the end of the Raiders of the Lost Ark? They're in Suitland, and they got the Ark, and they go taking off in court. We thought that probably something like that would have happened. If Roswell was real, the people looked at it and said, what the hell, we can't figure this out. We'll put it away for 50 years and come back and revisit it. Again, not what we found. (00:12:18)

[John Alexander] : Almost everybody, I'll say the agencies, all thought, oh, I thought you were doing that. Other regions, isn't that your responsibility? It didn't happen. One of the key issues, of course, was Colorado's study. This led to the Condon Report. I might mention, this was not necessarily a good thing. When the RFP went out, most institutions refused to respond. They kind of had to get Colorado to take the study. By the way, it was about a quarter of a million dollars. (00:12:54)

[John Alexander] : It got plussed up a little bit. But in DoD terms, we're talking lunch money, okay? Now, Condon was right, because the question to him was not, are UFOs real, but it was, is this a threat? He came back and said, no, it's not a threat. We haven't had a major invasion, at least, that we know of. Now, basically, he didn't participate, but he decided to write the recommendations and conclusions. Now, those are, frankly, inconsistent. (00:13:29)

[John Alexander] : If you read the reports, some of it's pretty good. There are some very interesting cases that are in there, and it's inconsistent with his analysis that there's nothing to be handled. Now, one of the problems is the scientific community has assumed that this was an intensive study that looked at it in some detail and that, which was, you know, just not true, but most of them just didn't want to be bothered. But from the Air Force perspective, exactly what they wanted, just make this go away. (00:14:01)

[John Alexander] : You know, we just don't want to deal with this anymore. So, as I say, when we were running the study, and this is, as you saw, about 40-some years ago now... The questions I'm going to ask are, what did we know, when did we know it, and all of that. I will make a point at the bottom, and sort of to begin with, on consciousness. That was not one of our considerations. (00:14:30)

[John Alexander] : We were looking at very much like this group, hard UFOs and all of that. So, what did we know? OK, technology demonstrated, yeah, you know, rapid acceleration, high angle turn, stealth. This was before stealth was actually much known about electrical interruption. Eyewitnesses reports, we got from individuals to highly credible sources, many of them, and from, say, onesies and twosies to thousands, duration. A lot of it was like nights in the sky, but others were hours. Many recurring over long periods of time. (00:15:09)

[John Alexander] : And as you'll see, the, let's say, distance was between a few feet and miles across. But there was consistency over distance, lots of physical effects. Yep, we knew about all of those. This was one of the early studies that came in. This was studied intensively. This was in the Elendberg, earlier, this electronic warfare. This went on for about 90 minutes and they had ground radar, airborne radar. What was interesting, they picked up a signal from one of the early cases. (00:15:47)

[John Alexander] : Do satellites see them? Yep. This is taken, this satellite was in geosynchronous orbit, feeding us out in a very cold regime. And the little dot line you see on the lower part of the circle, that's for something flew by and went and was dropping down towards the Earth. That's a very cold regime. So how do you do that? By the way, they studied it and nobody had any good answers on it. Here's another example. (00:16:18)

[John Alexander] : This is the thermal imaging that was taken over. The black dot there, that's Point Barrel, Alaska, which is pretty damn cold. What in the world is putting out that kind of an imagery at that point? But we knew satellites got it. I was visiting NORAD headquarters, thought I'd be a smartass, and asked questions and said, you know, do you ever see things that do, you know, rapid acceleration, high G-turns? Interestingly, without batting an eye, they just said, you mean UFOs? Yes. And then it would not track it any further than that. (00:16:58)

[John Alexander] : This is one of the cases that came up that I think is very key. I actually got technically involved. And that's because we got, we, the government got sued, went to the Air Force, said, well, you saw helicopters there. It sounded like Army helicopters, threw it to the Army, had been an inspector general at the DA level, had friends who knew that, looked at it. The solid case, as I think many of you know, the two women and a boy, one of them has since died from leukemia. But what's interesting is the story they told is entirely consistent with radiation and the amount of exposure that they would have had. (00:17:43)

[John Alexander] : Serious case. JAL, this is an interesting other case that came up. JAL flight is over there. They can see something is flying around the various radar systems that come up. I don't know if anybody knows Cobra Dane, Cobra Judy. They probably picked these systems up as well. Now, the size of the DC, one of them has the largest two aircraft carriers. What was kind of interesting, after the pilot landed and did report it, and lots of things went on, for his efforts, JAL fired him for embarrassing the company. One of the things that happened, some friends had gone up to Alaska and came in with a whole bunch of reports. (00:18:38)

[John Alexander] : You probably don't know what Alaskan scouts were. By the way, the Soviets used to penetrate periodically. We had scouts that went out there and they were Eskimos, and First Nation folks, literally seal hunters, and with the National Guard they carried radios and whatnot and reported these things. When it says filed, it was interesting, these things just went into a drawer someplace. And almost nobody knows, I have the originals on there. Gulf Breeze came up during that time, went on for years. (00:19:13)

[John Alexander] : We had stuff with Ed Walters, more than a hundred witnesses, and many of them without Ed, that was very important, and said, yep, it's real. The story was that the editor of the Gulf Breeze paper has the pictures that Walters had brought in, and his parents came in and looked and said, well, what are these pictures? And the guy said, well, I don't know, this guy brought me some pictures, I really don't know if you've seen them, some were pretty good. And they said, well, that looks like what we saw, and so his response was, well, if I can't trust my parents, who can I trust here? (00:19:55)

[John Alexander] : The Iranian case is really kind of interesting. Major, now General, Jarani was flying over Tehran, they see a UFO, they report that they set up two F-4s. What's interesting about this case, as they got in close, their communications went down, he decides to fire an AIM-9 missile, and with that, everything is shut down. All the electronics are shut down, he banks and comes out. Now, part of my portfolio was, I had all of the tactical directed energy that the Army was doing. I know how to turn you off, I don't know how to turn you back on again. (00:20:41)

[John Alexander] : Usually it's burning out the system. But anyway, this is one, lots and lots of witnesses, he's come forward, he happened to have survived, this was in the days of the Shaw, he survived and now still works with them. You say, why was it secret? It was classified, but the classification for it was nothing about the UFO, it had to do with you spying on your friends, which was true. The Brazilian case was also quite interesting, this went on for hours. (00:21:14)

[John Alexander] : This pilot is flying along Silver, he's a retired pilot, he gets surrounded by UFOs, they scramble flights, went up there, the question is, is it over land, over sea? The answer is both, for hours. The unique aspect of this is the bottom line there that says, and the Air Minister came forward and just said, you know, this happened, which was quite unusual at the time. Many of you will know about the missile I interrupted. Now this one was critical because we had, I'll come to Bob Salas, but as we know, this is part of the strategic triad. (00:21:56)

[John Alexander] : And you had one site that was down 10 for 10, Salas and his crew, and I've interviewed all of them, they've got UFOs flying around up above, calling down to launch control, I haven't got time to deal with this. Call back to SAC, and that's when they found out another wing was down 10 for 10. Really a serious interest that was intensely investigated, and they came up with, they have no idea what this is. If you want to read about it, I recommend Bob's book on the fated giant, which describes that. (00:22:34)

[John Alexander] : When I say it gets stranger, you have this incident that he's doing. He became a contactee, and there's several investigators who started having contact information. This is after they retired and comes up years later. We were not the only ones. Soviets had a similar incident. There were snaps at the back. He actually came forward and got this information. The difference here was that you had a UFO hovering over a Soviet missile silo for hours. Hundreds of people that see it. (00:23:12)

[John Alexander] : And all of a sudden, this thing goes into launch mode. So our missiles were shut down, theirs were spinning up. And the launch control officers, my God, we're about to start World War III and I can't stop it. Another case is books written on the Bentwaters. I put this as one of the best cases. I had met with Chuck. The first time I talked to Jim Penniston, called him up, he says, Oh, you mean the one I touched? Because he has one where he walked up and this thing is on the ground. (00:23:49)

[John Alexander] : What's good is the physical evidence that's supported here. You've got indentations on the ground. You've got radiation, visual sightings. Now, what was not known to the general public at the time is that Bentwaters was the forward-most nuclear weapons storage facility. What surprised me, because I had talked to Chuck years later. And because they talked about UFO flying over and interrogating, putting a beam into the storage area. And I said, well, did you pull a weapon ahead? (00:24:24)

[John Alexander] : You know, just to see if there's any changes. The answer was, no, it would be too tough to explain. But this case, you've got probably, well, there's more than 60 witnesses now. Many of them were in the PRP and the evidence has gotten stronger as they've gone along. The radar sightings that validated it over Belgium. There were a number of cases. Wilfred de Brouwer was a lieutenant colonel at the time and had caught it on radar chasing them around. Oops, going to hit the right button. (00:25:07)

[John Alexander] : Anyway, there were a whole number of studies. Most of you know about Signed Grudge, Blue Book. The Robertson Panel was famous. And, you know, the Condon Report that says there's nothing that will come from studying this sort of thing. I got to where we're presenting to the Army Science Board and they said, yeah, we probably should go ahead. Gwaine Case was interesting. If you remember that, this is helicopters flying back with a crew on it. All of a sudden you see a UFO zapping towards them, lightening the camera. (00:25:43)

[John Alexander] : The guy's got the collective down, meaning you're supposed to be dropping down. And you got to think of a tractor beam that picks this thing and pulls it up against what they're trying to handle internally. Again, we had both the folks on the ground as well as the whole crew that had that experience. This was a sighting that came up that I think is really important because it's very unique. But this is one where there's a mapping expedition that's out. (00:26:15)

[John Alexander] : And it's one of the few where you're taking it from the top down, looking down on the UFO. And you can see the ground below. And it's been very carefully examined. And it keeps going back, was, you know, this is absolutely real. One of the key features was that when it was first seen, the photographer didn't see it. They didn't see this until after the photo was developed. This is a nasty case. (00:26:46)

[John Alexander] : And this is kind of a damning on blue book. But you got a B-52 who's out on a mission, gets diverted, and says, go someplace. You know, what are we doing? You'll know it if you see it. They fly over, and they see this object on the ground. It's, say, hundreds of feet long, a couple hundred feet in diameter. Many, many folks seeing that, something comes up and chases the B-52 in the lower right, which you're seeing there. Randy and Fulton take a picture of the, and showing something was coming up and tracking the B-52. Again, many, many witnesses on the ground, seen from many areas. (00:27:28)

[John Alexander] : And you find it in blue book. They said they probably saw Venus. And you say, no way in hell did you fly over Venus. Lots of pilot observations, of course. So finally, we decided, this is the group that was working, that we would try to transition from ad hoc to let's formalize this. So the meeting was arranged with Jim Abramson, who at that time was the head of SDI, or Star Wars. The reason to go into them, obviously they're monitoring a lot of space. (00:28:08)

[John Alexander] : You're worried about triggering war accidentally or something. And they had lots of money, which is a plus and a minus. The plus was that he had about a $5 billion budget at the time. That also meant everybody in the world is out trying to attack it. One of my favorite things, when I was in the Pentagon, people say, I'm going to go find money. Now, there's no golden pot of money that you go dip your bucket into. It means I'm going to take money from somebody else's program. (00:28:41)

[John Alexander] : And A, he had no idea what we were talking about. In fact, a few minutes into it, he said, wait, wait, wait, who are you guys really? And we went back around the room from the various agencies and all that. We got done. He said, gee, you know, interesting you got my attention, but I can't touch this. He says, I'm already doing what was some hairy stuff. But, you know, if I get caught doing this, I'm going to get, you know, budget. (00:29:09)

[John Alexander] : And he did get cut a billion dollars, but not because of what we were doing. So while we had interest, like I say, this, from a budgetary standpoint, was far too dangerous for them to be involved. He did say, if you can tell me what to look for, we can put it into the algorithms, because we were going to be monitoring more of the space than we had at that time. You remember the time frame here, it was 87, still a bad old days and whatnot. (00:29:36)

[John Alexander] : One of the key sources I met later, Bill Coleman. Bill was the chief of public information for the Air Force and handled all the blue books. He had to be interviewed for the position by the secretary of the Air Force. And he says, hey, you got this blue book stuff. And he says, well, I'm not unbiased. He says, I've had my own experience on it. And what's interesting there is he was, long story, I haven't got time to get into the whole thing, but he's flying along, sees the UFO, drops down on the deck. He's chasing it across here, actually here in Alabama. So I'm an old farm boy. (00:30:18)

[John Alexander] : And this thing is zipping along so low that I can see dust coming up behind it. And then tracks it or tries to catch up with it, their jumping thing, all of a sudden it's up. Interesting thing, they did reports on it. And when he got in the position to look, he could never find the reports that they had actually submitted. But we joined Jack Webb and did the program there. Dean Judd was a key friend of mine. (00:30:47)

[John Alexander] : He was the chief scientist of SDI. He was also familiar with what NIO was and whatnot. But the point is he knew a lot about space architectures, was open to talking on these topics, and we talked incessantly about them. But the idea that somehow E.T. was driven, or any of the Star Wars stuff in SDI, is just absolutely false. Who did we talk to for key people? Knew Edward Teller. Had him over and we were discussing it. (00:31:26)

[John Alexander] : That's Hal presenting him with, or talking the first time he'd heard about zero-point energy. Interestingly, most interested in the radiation cases, did not automatically dismiss us or anything, but definitely had no interest. And we all said if Roswell were real and five people were involved, Edward's one of them. You can argue that. Ben Rich was another one that we had a lot of contact with him because he was running Skunk Works at the time. Remember, he brought you the SR-71 and Stealth. Same thing, if they're deeply involved. (00:32:07)

[John Alexander] : He had a shopping list, though. He said, I want the propulsion system, I want to know how to do this. And like I say, lots and lots of three-letter agencies, none of whom were being responsive. So what I did was look at this compared to ATEM. And says, you know, what is it? Well, if you look at, you know, basically everything's the same. We did not transition into funding, could not find any institutional interest. They were able to get at least some institutional interest and basically no solution. (00:32:47)

[John Alexander] : The point is, you know, years before, it was doing the same thing. Now, you may have seen Lew's five observables, if you will. Again, we knew all of these things. Now, the Milt Torres case is really kind of interesting. You heard this morning about Mach 50. And if you're going to say, is this, A, a black program, or is it somebody else? Torres is on strip alert off of Lake and Heath. He gets set up to intercept something. (00:33:24)

[John Alexander] : You have no idea, but again, you'll know it if you see it. And sees something the size of an aircraft carrier floating over the UK. As he closes in on it, he goes to fire Ripple, the mighty mouse missiles at that time, and it zips. This hummer's gone. My calculation is that's over Mach 500. It was, you know, just unexplained. And this one was not well known at the time. He became public when the UK started releasing their reports. (00:34:07)

[John Alexander] : And of course, what you did not see in the released reports was this transmedium, I mean, coming into and out of water or other sorts of things. Yeah, we had seen that as well. I might mention Corso. Of course, we knew Phil. Top picture there is Hal and George Knapp and I had gone over it. This was long before the book came out. And we had a briefing. The bottom line is all the technologies that he says ET related, absolutely not. (00:34:43)

[John Alexander] : I like night vision in particular because I happen to know the director of night, not only the director, the guy who built night vision lab. And if you listen to them, it was not from ET eyeballs or anything like that. And when the book came out, I sent him a letter, seven pages, one-liners, the simple things like it's a Delphi, not a Delphia, Maryland, to biggies that say, no, the Cold War was not a cover for fighting ET. Said he was going to write a book to explain it. (00:35:17)

[John Alexander] : Saw him just before he died, between he had two heart attacks, short time apart. And said, yep, he was going to write. Phil was not computer literate. So he was literally wrote by hand and typing. People will say UFOs are not the greatest story ever told. This has been, disclosure has happened and happened and happened. And, you know, here's a number of the people from, you know, we've had multiple presidents and from various governments and all of that, the Vatican, saying, hey, this is real. There's a show of the countries that have released the reports. (00:36:06)

[John Alexander] : And we were told terrible things will happen. We can't do this, the public can't stand it. You know, this is what's going to happen. Reality, this is more what we have seen as a response, public in general. I think the Twining memo is interesting because this was secret at the time. Remember, this was Air Force talking to the Air Force saying, hey, this is real. But I think a critical issue here is the date is just supposedly after Roswell has happened and nothing in there says, oh, by the way, we got one and all of that. (00:36:47)

[John Alexander] : So there's no mention of that or the body. The big issue is the UFO community, I'm still seeing stuff on disclosure, disclosure. They refuse to take yes for an answer. And everybody says, you know, hey, this changes everything. They go, no, confirmation of what you already believe is not, you know, a paradigm shift. Yeah, you got to go to work after that. Now, are there legitimate reasons for security? Absolutely. And you've heard some of them talking about the sensor systems that are up there. (00:37:23)

[John Alexander] : You don't want to tell your potential adversaries what your systems can and cannot see. So there's some reason for classification and I think that's good. But it tends to be, I will agree with Ryan, way, way over classified. Now, why would you not want to be involved with government? First, there's a potential for embarrassment, of course. I think second is you have a very low probability of success, because I think of the conflict. But the bottom one cannot be discounted. (00:37:56)

[John Alexander] : And that's the work of the devil. And in fact, Lou, yeah, Lou was talking about giving it, going in and having senators say, you know, you're going to... I'd say this also happened in other programs, like the remote viewing program with Joe McMoneagle earlier this week. He said he had one senator come up and say, you are going to be damned and go to hell, you know, for doing this. And another one coming up and saying, you're doing God's work. (00:38:27)

[John Alexander] : But this issue of, you know, work of the devil sorts of things is a real problem. Now, I think there's political consequences. I picked on little Markio here, little Marco here, because he just was re-electing that. The lower left there, you see a sign. That's an actual sign that went up against him. So he was dinged for not supporting certain child bills. If you know about OSAP, there's some stuff that's equated to basically werewolves here. It's not necessarily all UFOs or anything like that. (00:39:09)

[John Alexander] : So can you imagine doing opposition research where they're going to come in and say, you're willing to fund, you know, chasing werewolves and that? So I think there's great potential political danger in doing this. Now, I'm going to talk quickly about the Bledsoe case. In 2007, he's down there at Cape Fear River. He goes down. There's some fishing. Builds a big fire. He leaves for, he thinks, like 20 minutes. (00:39:50)

[John Alexander] : Bumps into a UFO. He comes back. It's now 11 o'clock at night. The fire's died down. And everybody wonders where he is. His son was there, had been chased by creepy crawlers. And so anyway, they throw everything. By the way, discussing that whole thing literally takes hours. But it's very intensive. And I think you'll find some of it on the net. So anyway, Chris gets home. Sees something in the backyard. (00:40:21)

[John Alexander] : Goes out and chases him. And he runs down. And finally he turns around. Telepathically, he says, okay, you got me. The message that he gets back is, you don't understand. We're here to help. Disappears. Next day, the morning, late morning, he says, well, I haven't taken my medicine. And it turns out that he had had serious Crohn's disease for any number of years. And to this day, I saw him earlier this week, has never had to take medicine again. Now, if you want to talk about how this fits into your UFO data. (00:41:07)

[John Alexander] : And then he says, why do I believe that? Because it's a strange story. So we were down and visited him. This was in October, late in the evening. We come back and we're sitting, leaning against the car. He's looking up and he goes, oh, I think they're here. And with that, this UFO, one of the things that I saw, pops into view and goes zipping off. And again, it was a temporal relationship between him saying, oh, I think they're here. (00:41:38)

[John Alexander] : And it happening. Now, he had a burning tree burned from the inside. These pictures are taken. That smoke isn't there. Now, talking about orbs, what's the relationship to UFOs during the ubiquitous? And some suggest they want to be involved. This is an example of, you know, what they're filming and getting information. Now, they, you know, the people are doing this thinking that they're actually getting telepathic information from them. I'm looking at this kind of from interspecies communication aspect. (00:42:20)

[John Alexander] : This is the work we did with the dolphins in the Bahamas, open water, telepathic experiments that worked very well. Another one was in Tongo of humpback whales, a ways off. And I point out that the fluke, the reason we backed off, the fluke on that is at least as big as I am. But they're certainly doing some sorts of communication. Orbs seem to be on the same thing. Now, I do come down against the extraterrestrial hypothesis. (00:42:52)

[John Alexander] : Not because these interactions don't happen, but because this is just too simple. There have been reports of interaction between humans and sentient non-humans throughout the entirety of human history. Did work with John Mack on this, agreed with it. I'm going to have to skip through that. Oh, this is one that folks sent a little. But by the way, this isn't new. Back, you know, 2400 BC, talking about sex with foreign entities. I'm going to go through very quickly now the thing we're talking here. (00:43:31)

[John Alexander] : You have Christian stories, you've got Greek mythology, you've got Roman mythology, you've got North mythology. This is, of course, Rip Van Winkle. They do show up in the Koran. A number of, you know, sentient beings in various places. There's Chinese mythology, Hindu mythology, Buddhist mythology. The point is, these things have been going on throughout the entirety of human history and in all cultures. Now, we seem to have a lot of visitors. It was talked about this morning. (00:44:07)

[John Alexander] : Did somebody come here? The problem that I have with that is there are so many different types that keep appearing. And the question is, hey, if they came across the galaxy, why have they divided up Earth as a different one? And is Earth on the galactic bucket list of places that's got to be visited? Now, in the movie, one of the questions are, if these are ET, what about all of these other things that we have from ghosts? Are we too quick to name these sorts of things? (00:44:40)

[John Alexander] : I'm only going to go into, I'm not going to talk about Skinwalker, if anybody wants to talk about it, but at length. Very, very strange stuff happens there, far more than what you're just getting in the TV series. But it was from that that I came up with this notion, what I call precognitive sentient phenomena. Meaning that, if the phenomena that was in charge seemed to know how we were going to respond before the incident even was presented to us. And so, sentient, very smart. (00:45:19)

[John Alexander] : And the biggest issue, of course, is that it is in control. Not, this has appeared in various literature, the Loki, Kokopelli, Pan. The notion of the trickster is kind of central. Now, of course, from the UFOs, why is it that we anticipate that the government should be studying these sorts of things versus the other aspects that are equally disturbing? Now, let's talk to NASA. Until recently, NASA has been overtly hostile. And use the case of Richard Hoover here, who had spotted, not ET, he was going to do a report saying we've discovered unicellular life. (00:46:13)

[John Alexander] : And was invited to a very prestigious conference. And the response was, they forbid him from traveling and publishing on it. And he says, screw you, I've got time and I retire. But he had to retire in order to get in. And we're talking unicellular life. We're not talking about ET walking around talking to folks. This may be changing. I know some folks have said, Bill Nelson, now the administrators heard public comments, but has been reaching out to try to get some of this information. This is my, you know, kind of, this is a reality check, if you will. (00:46:56)

[John Alexander] : Because you talk about you want the government to be involved. From 2001 to 21, been in war. And by the way, one of the things that I don't think is well understood there is, if you'll notice, the number of troops killed versus the number of American contractors were killed. That tells you something about going to war. The other thing is that we have troops that were in combat more than three times the length of anybody in World War II. This is an example of a guy coming home in a casket after 14 tours. (00:47:40)

[John Alexander] : Some have had more than that. So the issue on UFOs and this is, where do you think the priority is? I think there's a lot of related issues. I'm going to have to go very fast here. Death of the Final Frontier. Anybody of you know Cuba Ross? She's the one who brought Hospice to the U.S. She was the head of my doctoral committee. Best known for on Death and Dying. She also worked with Raymond about getting near-death studies. (00:48:13)

[John Alexander] : Understanding there's a difference between death and dying. And what are the significance of these sorts of things. Normally you have a precipitating incident of some kind from separation. Changes in perceptual reality. And some people meet spiritual beings or deceased ones that have been out there. One of the common features is that it's more real than real. And you say, well, is this real? The case that many of us point to is Pam Reynolds. A young woman had an aneurysm deep in her brain. (00:48:55)

[John Alexander] : She was in her 30s, had young children. They had to do an operation. A 50-50 chance of survival, which was not great. But in order to do this, they stopped her respiration. They stopped her heart. And they were using a stethoscope to tell that there was no electrical activity in the brain. By definition, this is called death. And had met all the medical criteria. Yet, what would happen is she's outside looking at the chamber. Here's the saw, described detail. (00:49:29)

[John Alexander] : Said, aware of the music. They were playing Hotel California, which she thought was inappropriate. Because the lyrics were, you can check in, but you can never check out. And talked about meeting relatives out there. Fortunately, she's not alone. Barbie was another one who was fully instrumented during a near-death experience. You can follow on during that totally life-changing experience was there. One good friend of mine is Eben Alexander, not a relative. What's interesting about him, like I said, 25 years as a neurosurgeon. (00:50:09)

[John Alexander] : And had taught his end-grain meningitis. And the core experience is that he's functioning without a brain. And he knows from his neurophysiology, this cannot be true. And he was out for a long period of time. Did meet with angelic beings. And one of his comments, communicating with God is the most extraordinary experience. Interestingly, he was escorted by a butterfly when he was out there, a female. And when Eben was adopted at birth, his biological parents happened to marry after that. (00:50:49)

[John Alexander] : And there were other siblings that he knew existed, but he had never met them or had any contact. And what happened was, after this, he reached back to the biological family, found the picture. And his guide out there was a sister who had transitioned earlier. This is another case, Mary Neal is phenomenal. She's kayaking, goes over underwater for more than 30 minutes. So you're not holding your breath that long in the kayak. The water is pouring down so she can't move to get the release. (00:51:26)

[John Alexander] : Finally gets knocked out. And they find her body down the river. They pick it up and they bring her back. Two guys appear. This is in the Nowhereville, Chile. Two guys just show up and they take her to the waiting ambulance where she's driven off. Oh, by the way, to come out of the kayak, instead of bending your knees like this, went this way. So thighs were, you know, broken up. The point is, in this area of Chile, there are no ambulances. (00:51:59)

[John Alexander] : And yet this one just happens to be there. Phenomenal case, highly recommend it. Did get to meet her. So you have all these altered perceptions of time and space. Yeah. A little more, I'm going to really go through these quickly. But, you know, children NDEs. Now, the after effects are kind of interesting because many of them become either precognitive or have PKA, psychokinetic kinds of things, particularly around electronics, sensitive electronics. Children NDE, Mel Morris, I recommend that. (00:52:42)

[John Alexander] : You have children who are so young that they're preverbal. And you have to wait until they get the linguistic skills necessary to describe these events. Another friend, Ken Ring, looked at the people who were blind, many of them congenitally blind, meaning they have never been sighted. Others that became blind and sighted. And yet, you know, when they were in their out-of-body state, had seeing. This is a case that I took. A friend is flying a Cobra. These snakes, these are ones you're flying in tandem. (00:53:18)

[John Alexander] : He's flying in the front seat. They get shot. And basically what happens is that they get shot. Aircraft's on fire. There's no place to land. There's a tiny hole. And so they bring it. They're collapsing. They can't auto-rotate in. And they come in, boom, first, just to absorb the shock. The back seat gets out and starts running away. He turns and looks. And he sees Jim move his head. (00:53:54)

[John Alexander] : He comes back and gets him out. He says, I thought you were dead. You haven't moved. And his face, by the way, is literally burned off in this process. But while he's in his out-of-body state, he's up there looking down. And there's a hooded figure that shows up. And he says, what are you doing? He says, I need to get help for them. He says, what do you mean, them? (00:54:17)

[John Alexander] : He says, well, and don't you know? He says, know what? He says, you're not dead yet. With that, gentlemen, the guy comes back and gets him. What was totally unique about this particular case, they are then rescued. And so he's picked up. So he's the only case I know of where the guy is now physically replicating this out-of-body state into physical state. And what he does is he looks. (00:54:45)

[John Alexander] : The back seat, by the way, has argued with him and run off into the jungle. Those are the helicopters here, which would not have been known until the helicopter ends. And the fire base is out here. Anyway, as he's pulled up into the aircraft, he can see the orientation of the helicopter, which means the pilot's going off into the jungle. He's recovered. We were at Walter Reed, and one of the questions was, you know, the shrinks were coming up with some weird explanation. He said, you can call it what you want. (00:55:23)

[John Alexander] : I was dead. This is an interesting case. Sergeant Major, seriously injured, goes into the operating room, leaves his body, goes down the hall. The doctors are discussing amputation. And comes back, and then he wakes up and gets pissed with the doctors. He says, wait a minute, nobody had discussed amputation. What was this before? How could you possibly know that? We weren't even in the vicinity. The pilot was one that was crashed. He was told, you've got to come back, and you're going to be a single parent. (00:55:59)

[John Alexander] : Oh, I forgot the Mary Neal case. Remember the one where she's underwater? Which is one of the things that was really... Also had four young children. One of the messages she was given, a message that no mother wants to hear, at 18, your son's going to die. And sure enough, on his 18th birthday, cars zigs and zags and, you know, did die. Had the information ahead of time. The ballet is one, is a medical basket case, goes into... (00:56:31)

[John Alexander] : in the hospital, dies, goes into the morgue, wakes up, starts doing ballet. And what was interesting about that is she was paraplegic going in. Now, where are we going? One of the things that's happening now, the shared death experience, multiple people sharing similar experiences. This is one, Jeff Olson rolled over on I-15 and goes in. O'Driscoll, his doctor, after he ends up in Salt Lake City in the hospital, and O'Driscoll is talking to Jeff Olson's wife who died in the crash. I asked him, did you see that? (00:57:17)

[John Alexander] : And he periodically does see remote people who have died. He's actually watched it happen as they get up and out of their body. Negative experiences. Oops, hitting... Yeah, going through reunion, says the psychomantium. The direction things are here. Of course, we have the differences between out-of-body experiences and NDEs. Common visions. I'm going to talk a little bit about post-mortem communication. This was an interesting case. We were at Ham Hall and at UNLV. About 1,500 people. (00:58:10)

[John Alexander] : This young couple gets up to leave. He says, whoa, whoa, whoa, don't leave. And tells them, you know, your daughter wants to talk to you. Now, it's interesting. If you said your grandfather, I see your grandfather's name. Okay, I would expect that. This is a young couple. You would not necessarily expect that it was a youngster. Had that accurately. And another was a medium. I recommend this. No one dies at Lillydale. When we first were doing PK experiments, we had... (00:58:45)

[John Alexander] : Jack Hauck was in. We were learning about, you know, the whole spoon-bending thing. And exactly, she's sitting there, literally, across from my boss, General Stubblebine, at the time. And all of a sudden, this thing went, bloop. And that's when he said, oh, shit. Went out and said, we've got to do something about this. I recommend Ann Gaisman. She had been the aide to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs. No prior mediumship. (00:59:18)

[John Alexander] : And, you know, her stepdaughter is in the Marine Corps going across the thing and dies. And now contact medium. This one is kind of critical when you get to the scientific perspective. Chico Xavier was very well known. Published any number of books. But the interesting thing was a study that was done. What they did is they took the information that he was being, or had been given, and compared that against the writing. Because some of the deceased entities that he was talking about were known. (00:59:55)

[John Alexander] : And what they found, basically, was that 98% accuracy and 2% they couldn't. But how did he get it? By the way, it's interesting. They actually, somebody did sue him over copyright infringement. The family said, you know, deceased entity was going to own the rights or something. But if you look up Chico, you can find a movie on his life. Very, yeah, there's one out there. I'm not going to have time to really get into any of these. (01:00:33)

[John Alexander] : I was going to talk about some of the things that we've done with various shamans. We're up on the Siberian border there with Shaman Bold, which isn't, I'm talking to him there. And then what happened was, he's talking and all of a sudden he goes, and here comes this thing rolling out that tends to be a Tektite. I was interested, we're the only foreigners there. The people who see him do this all the time were totally amazed at what was going on. (01:01:08)

[John Alexander] : In fact, when I was down at Hal's was when they were able to tell him it was a Tektite. Now, Tektites are not, you know, diamond level, but they're, you know, pretty rare. We're talking about people who basically are like at a poverty level of dirt. So I don't think that they were involved. Here's dealing with the shamans. This was, we'd been out a number of days. I thought this was the tent. (01:01:37)

[John Alexander] : Every morning what we would do is take the tent and literally shake it upside down to make sure it was empty, get the dirt out and all that. The next morning, this is the eighth night, we woke up lying between our pads. Remember, we're in, you know, northern Mongolia right on the border and lying between us is a brand new 50 pence Australian coin. I'll do very quickly on voodoo. Yeah, this is the key part here is what we saw them handling fire. (01:02:13)

[John Alexander] : Totally, you know, defy the laws of thermodynamics. These guys, they stand in the fire, sit in the fire, eat the fire. If you notice, he's got little chin whiskers there. I've got video with the flames just roaring up and does not singe hair. How they do that, hard to say. This was interviewed there for New Year's Day. This woman is really in deep trance. They put gunpowder in both hands and set it off, doesn't even flinch. Our guide said that would protect them from Ebola, but I think that was a bit far. (01:02:52)

[John Alexander] : This is with John of God. Healing modalities where they do research or surgery from psychic research or psychic surgery to actually doing it. Now this is where they're shoving forceps way up in the... And it's not gentle. I mean, he wants them to do it and, you know, coming out. This is one scraping the eyeball. Here's an example of surgery. One of the key ones was Wayne Dyer. People know him. (01:03:25)

[John Alexander] : He was a very well noted motivational speaker. He was in Hawaii, diagnosed with Hawaii, was going to go to Aberdeen. He did go. His wife goes. Long story short, they set up to do psychic surgery. He said, stay in bed, just don't do anything. But he woke up and said, you know, I feel pretty good. I think I'll go out walking and made it just a few feet before he totally collapsed, just as if he had come out of it. Oprah got involved. (01:03:56)

[John Alexander] : This is one of the people who is related. I was going down and we knew about Ann Streber and had sent me a picture. When I was first talking about this, I didn't mention who it was. But she and Whitley had sent me a thing. And so I put it in the little triangle things they're doing, praying over and whatnot. Now, they knew I was going to Brazil. They did not know exactly when I was going to be in Aberdeen. And so I sent Whitley a note and said, by the way, did the deed. (01:04:34)

[John Alexander] : And he came back and said this is one of the best days that he had. Obviously, it didn't cure him. Bad news is, you know, John is now under arrest. But one of my key issues here is, you know, I took this picture of all the braces and everything that's in the room there. And looking at the differences in time and distance and why is it that some people are healed and some not? Yet some, you know, clearly are. (01:05:04)

[John Alexander] : There's another one with this young lady in the front. Maria has been, she had been quite ill. The doctor said, you know, go home and die and whatnot. And this was from Umbanda Healing. Let me get to the really controversial. We'll go very quickly. Anybody want to know about Ayahuasca and the Wife of the Devotee? We deal with a shaman there. Rick Strassman has done the University of New Mexico Medical School. But the key statement is kind of interesting. (01:05:48)

[John Alexander] : He said, you know, we enter into invisible realms, ones we normally, cannot normally sense and whose presence we can scarcely imagine. Even more surprising, they tend to be inhabited. In deference, I will whip through these and all that. And then if anybody wants to talk, we're at an Umbanda ceremony in Corteba. My wife went out there and a discarded entity pops in, obviously in trance. Now, they're used to seeing people in trance and that, but not foreigners. There were about 300 people there and about 10 of us foreigners. (01:06:33)

[John Alexander] : She's in full trance, out spinning on the floor. One of the key issues, I think, is the difference in worldview in dealing with shamans. They move seamlessly back and forth. It's not a spirit world. Their ability, I mean, when you're talking to them, sometimes it's difficult. Wait a minute, are we talking about consensus reality or what? And worldview is really critical. Of course, remote viewing. Joe won't do that. (01:07:07)

[John Alexander] : I'll just touch on this, if it's OK. Because the issue really is funding and where we fund things. We have a large Hadron Collider, about a billion dollars a year. You're willing to go into that. Space research is expensive. A person day on the ISS is about seven and a half million dollars. So the issue from a UFO perspective in the government is compared to what? Here's all the things that are going on. (01:07:41)

[John Alexander] : By the way, that number down there, I had calculated what the national debt will be sometime today. The reality is those numbers on the far right are just spinning so fast you can hardly keep up with it. But if you want the government to be involved, it's OK, compared to what other things are going on. Research is expensive. Yeah, this says we don't put our money where most people are. We're willing to go into the materialistic worldview. (01:08:12)

[John Alexander] : And so if you're going to spend money, this is a zero-sum game. You know, what do you not fund? You have one to end priority list, you run out of money long before end. So it's nice to say we're going to go spend money on these kinds of areas, not... Yeah, you look at what's happened over the past few decades, spent about $6 trillion. Say, where's the advanced technology? (01:08:43)

[John Alexander] : You don't see that. This is what you see in aviation, nothing that looks like E.T. technology. Space, like I say, lots of billionaires and their toys. This is my proposal, this is where I think we ought to go. I think we ought to use the Human Genome Project kind of as a model. And what that says is you had lots of governments, lots of civilians involved, universities, best and brightest. And, you know, they came in under budget and on time. (01:09:20)

[John Alexander] : But the biggest point is sharing data. And, you know, this is what's needed, top scientists and whatnot, integrated funding. I just don't see that happening. Again, I think that consciousness is a key component to it. And that does not bode well for the kinds of things, the way government structures work for research. Yeah, I'll use this one. If you're thinking globally, you're thinking too small. This is the bottom line. (01:09:57)

[John Alexander] : And this goes back to Max Planck. It says, I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derived from consciousness. And if so, finding more data is going to be tough. This is the final words of my UFO book. It says, basically, you know, we're at the front end. We haven't even defined the issues yet. And finally, this is the last word there. Yes, you are your brother's keeper. You're a spiritual being having a human experience. (01:10:36)

[John Alexander] : You wanted to say something, didn't you? I did. (01:10:44)

[SPEAKER_00] : Thank you, John. Thank you. Well, we're going to start to ask you some questions. And I've already got a few here for you. Okay. If I don't have an answer, I'll make it up. Oh, that works for me. All right. Well, it's a pleasure having you, and thank you for that introduction. When John sent me his slides, it was like, you know, he said, can you accept a big file? I'm going like, wow, how many slides do you have? (01:11:13)

[SPEAKER_00] : It was like 170 or something like that. I'm going like, wow. How many? 211. 211 slides. I'm going like, wow, are you going to be able to do it? And I dropped out several hundred. And he did it. I mean, it was like amazing, you know? It's pretty... All right. Well, John, thank you for that. And I've got some questions online as well as, you know, in-person ones that are here. Have you ever studied what they call the Mandela effect? (01:11:36)

[SPEAKER_00] : No. The Mandela effect? Have I? No. I know I've heard of it, but I'm not clear on that myself. Do you think it's possible that there is an MJ-12-like group that hid from you or you didn't notice? Okay. (01:11:53)

[John Alexander] : We haven't got time to cover all that. MJ-12 was real, had absolutely nothing to do with UFOs. And if you understand what it was designed for, it was the right get of people. You don't have to make explanations as how certain people got in. But the people who did know, I mean, I was... In fact, what the thing was, at one time I had got rumors of the program. And it was one time that I went to Stubblebine and said, what about this thing? (01:12:24)

[John Alexander] : And he says, we're not going to discuss that. And it was super, super secret and parts of it still are and need to stay that way. (01:12:32)

[SPEAKER_00] : This is a question. Have you ever heard of someone that had a near-death experience that healed from injury and traveled outside their body many times and became very intuitive and then found that they were healing to those who spent time with them? Absolutely. (01:12:49)

[John Alexander] : Yeah, I recommend there, if you're going to go to the IONS, the International Association of Near-Death Studies, go to their website and there's many examples of that. I said, we all initially thought that NDE took place over a discrete period of time. And one of the things that was discovered is that, no, these things continue. And healing, both of the individual and the ability to heal, are parts of what's derived. (01:13:19)

[SPEAKER_00] : Wow. Will you testify before Congress if called? And what would be the most important point you would wish to convey? Of course, but I have no idea. (01:13:31)

[John Alexander] : Like I say, I actually think the approach that they're taking politically is a little dangerous. Before all of this started, we were working on getting congressional hearings. I was meeting with a congressman who was doing it. Sensenbrenner was the head of S&T. This particular congressman wanted to do it and Sensenbrenner says, there's no way in hell while I'm running science and technology. We knew he was leaving. What happened there, here I will name him, his career came to town. (01:14:04)

[John Alexander] : And as soon as he did his dog and pony show, all of the support disappeared. (01:14:11)

[SPEAKER_00] : Wow. In 2019, when we had the conference here, we had Hal Puthoff. And I remember asking a question, something about, you know, basically, do you see that there's any possible use of remote viewing for UFO investigations or UAP investigations? And at the time, he said, well, you know, he was questioning whether or not it was a reliable way of doing business or something like that. What is your take on that? Well, it's interesting. (01:14:43)

[John Alexander] : I was with Joe McMoneagle, Remote Viewer 001, just literally a week ago, and talking about, first of all, he had a UFO experience and it physically got burned from another story. But using this, you know, people have approached him, but the problem is verification. And with all of the remote viewing targets you want to have, you eventually get eyeballs on the targets so you get validation. Because people can conjecture as to what they think it's like. (01:15:19)

[SPEAKER_00] : I don't know if you've heard of a group called the Collins Elite, but do you believe that that's a real group within the DoD and could they be disrupting any of the UAP research? No. Have I heard of it? Yes. I think it's real, no. I've heard that you investigated the Chris Bledsoe case. Of course, you mentioned that on your slides and stuff like that that you had. Many people are skeptical about his claims. (01:15:47)

[SPEAKER_00] : What do you think about this case? Do you think that the experiences are legitimate related to the phenomenon? (01:15:52)

[John Alexander] : Well, yeah, and that's what I said. The biggest thing that convinced me was when I was there with him and he goes, I think, I mean, told us ahead of time, I think they're here. And this thing just pops into view and goes at me. It was the second time I've ever seen anything and the most interesting. And yes, I happen to think it's real. The family is phenomenal, by the way. (01:16:16)

[SPEAKER_00] : Neil Armstrong uttered some immortal words just prior to his walk on the moon. What should humans' first words upon the first meeting of a super-intelligent non-human species be? (01:16:29)

[John Alexander] : I have no idea where to go with that, but according to most of these people, that's already happened. Yeah, I agree. And we don't know what they said. (01:16:41)

[SPEAKER_00] : Exactly. We didn't record it. We needed to record that. John, did you receive a copy of the Admiral Wilson memo when Edgar Mitchell got his copy? And now the document is obviously put on record during the congressional hearings. I don't know, why don't you call Eric up and he can talk about it. He wrote it. (01:16:57)

Yeah, exactly. (01:16:58)

[SPEAKER_00] : It says, do you think Admiral Wilson will testify that he can, you know, confirm the contents or refute that in a closed session? (01:17:04)

[John Alexander] : I would guess no. (01:17:08)

[SPEAKER_00] : I have not met him. Okay. Enigma. Humans have enjoyed lots of tech advancement, even social media, the last few years. Doctors certified in Western medicine and TCM in China have lamented to me that millennials are adept at tech, but are completely ignorant of basics of life, like how to light a match, grow food, and this behavior or the cost of the human tech is advancement. Is that to be expected? Do you think that basically that we will continue, I guess, to move ahead? (01:17:49)

[SPEAKER_00] : I don't know. (01:17:52)

[John Alexander] : Not sure how to deal with that. But if you mean, do individuals now know how to go out and capture, grow food, and that sort of thing, because of the societal advances that have taken place, you know, we do not depend on that. And I have said, you know, if you want to see how these things would degrade, look at major disasters, like hurricanes coming, and how quickly you lose capability, you know, you run out of food. One of our problems is the just-in-time system where food has got to be delivered on a continuous basis, fuel's got to be delivered, you're seeing that now. (01:18:38)

[John Alexander] : So, but if you want to see what a disaster looks like, we have, those are really small compared to having that on a global scale. (01:18:48)

[SPEAKER_00] : When you had the experience on Skinwalker Ranch that you had, and many of the people out there have had that, and you talk about it being a precognitive sentient intelligence, if you would, this question might come into that perspective. Do you believe the phenomena can read our thoughts and alter our perceptions? Can you offer any insights on how they are achieving this? (01:19:11)

[John Alexander] : Well, the short answer would be yes, and that's what the precognitive meant. One of the things with the incidents at Skinwalker is it kept morphing. And lots of things would happen on camera, off camera, and you'd get something, you'd try to study it, and then it said, oh, you like that, try this, and give you something different. But it, you know, the biggest thing is it, whatever that is, is in control. (01:19:41)

[SPEAKER_00] : Based on the fact that, you know, I know you spend a lot of time, and you mentioned that in your book, that you actually were digging into what the DOD really knew about UAPs. Was anybody out there studying it? Was there any of that? This question might come into that context. What is your best assessment, please? Does the DOD or private contractors have UAP crash retrieval teams? Do they have these craft and bodies? Do they have what? (01:20:10)

[SPEAKER_00] : These crafts and bodies. (01:20:11)

[John Alexander] : My take is no, and I would take that at least 98%. And I've got good friends that there's an area that some of us disagree on, but don't take their body. But if you read, it's not getting into all the literature, but according to some of them, this is the alien re-engineered vehicle that supposedly has been flying since, and you go, that's total nonsense. And you know that because we're that true, it means we have a totally different understanding of some fundamental energy system, and you wouldn't be worried about $5 and $6 gas now. (01:20:54)

[SPEAKER_00] : So let me ask you this, in that context, do you believe that Roswell was a real experience and that maybe debris was collected and the debris could be utilized to be able to support advanced technology? (01:21:11)

[John Alexander] : My take is A, it was a real event. B, it was ours. But it was ours. Yeah, and it was super, super secret, and it was not Mogul. But you've got to remember, we haven't got time to do all of it, but this was at a time when we were the sole possession of nuclear weapons, and the critical question was, when does the Soviet Union pop a nuke? Because that changes the geopolitical strategy totally. (01:21:46)

[John Alexander] : And it had more to do with the determination of when, trying to determine when that would happen. But anyway, all the materials that were covered, I did see a program where they went in and brought in a number of people, and I think Jesse Jr., Jesse Marcel Jr., was I think a really straight arrow. And he always said, you know, I had this 15 minutes, but he and another one, they said, do you see the materials here? And they both walked up and said that, and they were right, and it has all of the characteristics of metal with a memory, you know. (01:22:24)

[John Alexander] : Shape memory alloy. It doesn't burn and all of that. (01:22:27)

[SPEAKER_00] : Yeah, but it definitely existed at that time. So, I mean, okay, so in the context of Battelle, who comes out with their, I guess their studies on it, were right around the 1960s with shape memory alloy. Why would they have waited like maybe over like 11, 12 years to be able to announce that material? Oh, the material was known. (01:22:54)

[John Alexander] : It's what they were using it for that was super secret stuff. (01:22:59)

[SPEAKER_00] : Got it. It still seems like a huge issue would be communication with a civilization far more advanced than ours. We've seen the extreme measure of avoidance that they exhibit. Is not this a form of communication without having to engage our biases with putting the message to tongue and vocal cords? I don't know. Well, maybe the prime directive is real. Yeah. Your slide said that your colleague confiscated the Holloman Air Force Base and Edward Air Force Base Gordon Cooper Craft landing films. Where are these films located now? (01:23:43)

[SPEAKER_00] : Do you have any idea? Wait, wait, wait. (01:23:45)

[John Alexander] : I talked about Bill Coleman. He did confiscate a number of tapes. I'll tell you what was Holloman. It was an article. It was a prototype of A-12. It had a flame out and they had a choice. Do we throw it away or we can land? So they landed. Yes, they threw tarp over it. Yes, they became superserious. And they were very happy to have them talk about a UFO. Because remember, this was a precursor of our most efficient spy planes. (01:24:19)

[John Alexander] : Something was eventually shot down over the Soviet Union. But this was, I mean, we're talking about existential strategic issues. National survival kinds of things. (01:24:33)

[SPEAKER_00] : Sure. There are two famous cases out there where schools and children are involved. In actually seeing craft of some sort. And in the case of the aerial incident, there was an exchange between allegedly the kids and the being that was there. They were communicating with them. What's your opinion of that incident? Well, you might ask Randall is here. (01:25:01)

[John Alexander] : He's waving his hand back there. He's the guy who actually did the film. I have met a number of those people. And James Fox was doing one of his movies. Got to meet a number of them. I know John Mack went there. And they interviewed lots and lots of people. And serious as a heart attack. (01:25:21)

[SPEAKER_00] : It's incredible. And I just want to point out to you that the aerial film, you've got to see that. I mean, when it does come out. I know that we have Randall back there who helped to get this thing whole produced. (01:25:33)

[SPEAKER_03] : He's doing it. (01:25:34)

[SPEAKER_00] : Okay. Wow. That's good news. You ready for this? In case you haven't heard, at 9 p.m. over at the hotel here, Randall is going to be doing a screening of the aerial documentary. The aerial school documentary. So, wow. Thank you, Randall. Well, there's two pieces to that. (01:25:55)

[John Alexander] : Part of it has to do with the incident at the school. Another shows what John Mack did. For those of you who know him, he got screwed royally on it. But that's a good bit of what's in the film. (01:26:11)

[SPEAKER_00] : This question, does any entity within the industry have any type of advanced craft materials or bodies? We think we already talked about that a little bit. But do you believe that anything in the inventory of anybody, like the DOD... (01:26:30)

[John Alexander] : No. And one of the problems, I've talked to people, I know where these metamaterials came from. And the problem with most of them are provenance. Tracking where did it come from. And legal system, chain of custody is really awful. (01:26:48)

[SPEAKER_00] : Yeah, we're pretty much aware of that. And that's sad because you get these materials from allegedly it came from something. And then you go to dry and find a chain of evidence and where it was and how it's been handled and where it came from. And it's hard to do. And that's so important. Do you believe that consciousness is built into the mechanical structure of the natural universe? And if so, do you think that coming science that aims to unify quantum mechanics and relativity might reveal consciousness as a key component? (01:27:19)

[SPEAKER_00] : Consciousness isn't a component. It is the fundamental basis. Another question is, also, have you done DMT? I'm not sure I know what DMT is. That's dimethyltryptamine. Oh. (01:27:34)

[John Alexander] : I don't personally care for it. My wife is a devotee of ayahuasca. I have been around many ceremonies. And I will tell you that psychopharmacology does not explain the things that I've seen with folk using... DMT is a psychoactive component in ayahuasca and so on. (01:28:01)

[SPEAKER_00] : I know in shamanism they tend to use different kinds of things to be able to help it get into deepened states and stuff like that. I'm just... I didn't know what DMT was. Is there an extra government or external governance control group over information related to extraterrestrial presence? Do you believe in any of that? (01:28:22)

[John Alexander] : Related to extraterrestrial, no, but this is one of the three things that you read last night. You better understand conspiracy theory because either you believe there's a conspiracy or if you don't, you're part of the cover-up. (01:28:34)

[SPEAKER_00] : That's right. Can you talk about China and Russia as being any major roadblock to disclosure? Do you see anything about China and Russia playing as a roadblock? (01:28:46)

[John Alexander] : Well, again, it has been disclosed and disclosed and I can tell you this is happening. Russia was really key early on. Tetrov, one that George came up with, but they had come forward. But one of the key issues was when the director of air defense for then Soviet Union has said this is real. By the way, Gorbachev too has come forward and said these are real, so Russians have been involved in that. What was so significant about that revelation was the guy's predecessor had been fired when a guy named Ruska, a young German, had flown to Cessna and landed near Red Square. So on one hand, Cessna lands near Red Square and they fire the head of air defense and the other one says, oh, UFOs are flying around and that's okay. (01:29:49)

[SPEAKER_00] : What significance, if any, is the variety of craft forms over decades? What is the significance, if any, of their apparent complete lack of interest in communication? (01:30:07)

[John Alexander] : That's one of the things that bothers me is the number of different kinds. Right. Now, some of this, where consciousness comes in, if you go back in the 1800s and they talk about airships and anchors and things like that, what you tend to find is that the technologies are slightly ahead of where you are. They're not making thousand-year leaps, but rather leaps kind of where your imagination is. But this is one where I think consciousness does play a part and it morphs and just kind of keeps leading us. (01:30:43)

[SPEAKER_00] : This is a question relative to SCU, UAPX, as well as the Galileo Project. With all of your experience, and especially working in the DoD and all the other stuff, what advice would you give to these organizations who are trying to get that message up in order to study the UAP and on maybe a technical or a political level? What advice could you give us? (01:31:09)

[John Alexander] : Well, I think you have to understand we are living in a post-truth era where we have tens of millions of people who don't even believe that vaccines work. So you're trying to go forward and tell them all of these things. It's going to be a tough sell. (01:31:27)

[SPEAKER_00] : I hear you. Part of the other part of the question is what to avoid. If there's something you could avoid or advice that may have once violated your national security clearance. We're in that delicate balance between trying to deal with a subject outside of a security clearance because we're not cleared, right? We don't have a SCIF. We can't put things in behind whatever SCIF to be able to do any studies. We're an open public organization and we're getting donations that way. (01:32:00)

[SPEAKER_00] : Any thoughts about that in terms of what should we do? (01:32:06)

[John Alexander] : Well, the vast majority of people, unless they were formally read into the program or something, just because you saw something does not mean that you're violating any particular oath. I learned while I was here that there finally is a classification guide, but that's once it's inside the system. But I had put out in the book, I mean, Hastings, for instance, on nukes and UFOs, they have case after case of people coming forward who had personal experiences. And as far as I know, nothing bad has happened. (01:32:45)

[John Alexander] : And I will say one of the things that I did, I gave lots of briefings, very high level, tried to get them pregnant and say, OK, I want to get handed to and all that. Never did we get our hands slapped. And I fully expected to get slapped. When we go again, I thought they're going to come out and slap you. I even got promoted after that. (01:33:06)
